Our mission is "To impart technical knowledge, vocational skills and ethical values to deserving out-of-school youths and adults from the low income groups to produce quality-trained, morally upright and highly motivated persons who are able to help themselves, their families, industry and the society as a whole."

Our vision is "To be the leading training institution for middle to lower level technical manpower in Africa by 2015".
