IIT begins training workers in the construction sector

On Saturday, November 26th, 2011, IIT began to give classes on Bricklaying & Tiling to workers from the construction sector. At least six construction companies sent workers to participate in the new training programme. This training for workers in the construction sector aims at providing individuals employed in this sector with the relevant skills to ensure that they become real professionals and turn out good quality work.  The programme will hold only on weekends. The Department for International Development collaborated with IIT in starting up this programme.
